Powder Coating

Powder coating is entirely a dry finishing process which is environmentally friendly and a cost effective method of applying a finish to a variety of metals.

The powder used is composed of finely ground particles of pigment, resin and other raw materials which is sprayed onto the metal surface.

The objects are then placed in a curing oven where the particles are heated and fused forming a sealed skin around the product to minimise corrosion. The result is a high quality, durable attractive finish.

Powder coating is available in a range of Ral, Pantone and BS colours please ask to see our wide range of colours.

We recommend items are pre treated before having the coating applied.
